Artist Series

My Artist Series is a series to document what it is like to be an artist. The structures of the easels from behind and the Artists at them gave me the ideas for these works. I have used my sketches at these Open Studios to create these pieces. They are my homages to the artists and the models, and Open Studios where we learn our craft. I have now expanded this to document One Hundred Vibrant Artists, not the most famous, although many are very famous, but a cross section of what is happening in the LA Art Scene by doing impressions of them from face shots the Artists send us.
